As any teacher or lecturer will know the day of an inspection is a very anxious one. This is also true for Elklan. Twice a year the external verifier (EV) visits to check the quality of our internal verification and the tutors marking of the learners work.  The questions niggle away, will she be content with the standard? Will more work need to be done to ensure Elklan maintains its reputation for quality and effectiveness?
